Each combo is a full made-from-scratch Mexican lunch — hand-cut proteins, salsas made in-house, and tortillas pressed by hand every day — priced for an office lunch break rather than a night out. Dine in at the restaurant or on the dog-friendly patio, or order online for pickup; pickup orders are typically ready in 10 to 15 minutes. The lunch menu ends at 3 PM, after which the full dinner menu is served, and weekday lunch pricing is not offered on Saturday or Sunday. Agave is family-owned, opened in 2019 by Ana Zarate and Ambi Acosta, and sits about 20 minutes west of downtown Charlotte.
